Cord cutting is the practice of cutting energtic cords that form between people and things which may no longer be serving the client. Cord cutting can be beneficial at the break up of a romantic relationship. It is also useful between parent and child when the child has reached a mature age and needs to separate. Many times, even though one may end a relationship, the energetic cords that formed during that time need to be severed in order to truly end the connection.
This practice is recommended to anyone who feels an attachment to someone or something that is no longer serving them. Symptons of feeling "drained" or obsessive thoughts around someone or something are signs that cords need to be cut.
