Vitamin D has more functions than you could ever imagine. D is linked to appetite, immunity, sleep, mood and, of course, bone health. Take your vitamin D all year long, even in the summer, and remember what’s considered “normal” for D levels isn’t what we feel D should be. So we've made our own "Double D's" (you know we have to make taking vitamins fun).
You asked and we listened. We've always been partial to a liquid D but the key is making sure you take a top-notch form. So we've kept our D's "doubled" and switched to a tablet form. Easier for you to take all your vitamins together or on the the go.
How to take: 1 tablet per day in the AM with food, specifically fat is needed to help absorb Vit D. Any higher than 10,000 IUs/day may be too much.
One tablet provides 5,000 IU of vitamin D.
